1. Services Cannot be Undone

Please be aware that the nature of our services makes returns or refunds impractical. Once a service is performed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. We invest our time, expertise, and resources to provide the best service to each client. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully consider your service choices and communicate your preferences and expectations clearly to our team.

2. Acceptance of Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Lianny Nails, you acknowledge and accept our Refund Policy. You understand that our services are non-refundable once performed. We encourage you to thoroughly review this policy before booking your appointment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. If changes are needed, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Please note the following:

4.1. Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. A cancellation fee will not be charged provided rescheduling occurs before the 24-hour notice period.

4.2. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, let us know at 24 hours before. If you cancel after 24 hours before your appointment, 50% of your service will be charged. We appreciate your early notification, as it allows us to potentially offer the appointment slot to another client.

4.3 Card on File: When booking your appointment, Booksy will ask for your card information as per our cancellation policy. This card will not be charged unless failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour notice.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Lianny Nails, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you have any concerns or issues regarding the quality of the service provided, please bring it to our attention immediately. We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.
