STORE POLICY

At Lianny Nails, we are committed to delivering the highest quality services and maintaining a professional atmosphere for our valued clients. As specialists, we are always eager to listen to your ideas and preferences to help you achieve the perfect look. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by all of our salon policies, which are designed to protect both our staff and clients.

1) TERMS OF SERVICE

At Lianny Nails, we reserve the right to decline services for any reason. Payment is required for all services rendered, and services are non-refundable. Deposits paid are also non-refundable. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon. We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any time without notice.

2) NO-PETS POLICY

In accordance with the State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs regulations, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED in our salon. For the safety and comfort of our customers, we kindly ask that all other pets be left at home.

3) CHILD POLICY

To prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and their children, we request your understanding and cooperation regarding our child policy. While we understand that bringing children to the salon may be convenient, the presence of children during appointments can pose safety risks due to the nature of our tools and equipment. We do not have a designated area for children, nor do we have staff available to supervise them. To maintain a safe environment, we kindly ask parents and guardians to refrain from bringing children to the salon during appointments.

4) EXTRA PEOPLE

To ensure a comfortable and safe environment, we have a restricted area policy limiting the number of people in our salon. We do permit extra people in the salon as we do have sitting areas outside. This policy allows us to provide optimal service without overcrowding our premises.
